District Manager

What You’ll Do:

As the District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind operational success across four key terminals. You’ll lead with purpose, support your teams, and ensure every terminal runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing daily operations and performance across Roanoke, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Salisbury terminals.

  • Leading and mentoring Terminal Managers and internal teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

  • Monitoring operational metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive performance.

  • Collaborating with corporate leadership to implement strategic initiatives and support regional growth.

  • Managing budgets and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.

  • Conducting regular site visits to provide hands-on leadership, assess operations, and ensure alignment with company standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or terminal operations management, preferably in petroleum or bulk transport.

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing multiple locations or teams.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for team development.
