Knoxville Terminal has gone through a lot of changes over the past few months. We are excited for where our terminal is headed.
We have a new Terminal Manager, Jimmy Hartline, who came to Eagle in October 2019, with over 20 years of experience in the trucking industry. Jimmy and his wife Heather have been married for 19 years, and have two children, Katlyn (17) and Riley (15). Jimmy has served as a middle school baseball coach for five years and enjoys watching his son play high school baseball.
A new Dispatcher, Ben Huskey, joined our Eagle team in November 2019. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in psychology, Ben previously worked as a coffee roaster. He is a newlywed and also enjoys traveling with his wife. We are happy to have Ben in our Eagle family and look forward to his future here.
We have a great operations staff in place now with our additions along with our veterans who have a lot of experience in the petroleum hauling business. Tim Collier is our Operations Manager and has twenty-five years of experience, and our Shop Foreman, Mark Smith has twenty plus years in mechanic and tank experience. Ric Sands, our Lead Mechanic, has twenty plus years experience as well. We are blessed to have these well-experienced
individuals to help our terminal do things the Eagle way.
The Knoxville Terminal has twenty-eight drivers and four of those — Jason Odum, Pete Danos, Sam Sterling, and Earl Allen are President’s Million Mile Club drivers.
Our greater terminal family has also had some new additions to their families also. Chris Williams, a driver with Eagle since October, welcomed his daughter Eliza Madeline Williams on November 29th. Mark Smith, our shop foreman welcomed his sixth grandchild, Sophia Grace on February 10th.
With recent road work nearby, we have also experienced an upgrade to our facilities as well. Construction is almost completed and the road, along with the new parking lot at our terminal, is improved as well.
