We want to get our drivers back home.
The majority of our drivers run local routes and are back home every day, with our longest routes between eight and ten days. Family is important to us, and we want you to have as much home time as possible.

In the Eagle Rewards Program, managers can recognize employees with points redeemable for all types of rewards while allowing individual team members to recognize each other by sending out special recognition messages on our company-wide recognition platform.
When Eagle drivers reach each million-mile milestone driven without a preventable accident, they join the President’s Million Mile Club. They are honored with a dinner hosted by our senior leadership team, our special PMMC award, a leather jacket, and more. Our PMMC members are celebrated in our corporate office with a plaque and photo on display. Our Safety Department also recognizes safe drivers each quarter with safety awards and WOW (What Outstanding Work) Awards based on nominations from Eagle employees.
