Eagle Transport Promotes Tyler Claycomb to Terminal Manager

Eagle Transport Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Claycomb from dispatcher in Chesapeake, Virginia, to terminal manager for our team in Roanoke, Virginia.

“Tyler’s strong dispatch background with Eagle and his former trucking management experience prior to joining Eagle will be a great asset as he takes over Roanoke,” District Manager Tim Crane said.

Claycomb joined the Eagle Chesapeake terminal as a dispatcher in 2024, bringing with him trucking industry management experience and more. As terminal manager, Claycomb will oversee operations in Roanoke, focusing on driver support, safety initiatives, and strengthening customer relationships.

“Tyler has great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic,” Crane said. “All these are vital to being successful. We look forward to Tyler growing with our team.”
