Eagle Transport Corporation welcomes Martin Lukes back to the team as he accepts the role of Terminal Manager in Greensboro, North Carolina.
After joining Eagle in the summer of 1997, Lukes served the Greensboro, Orlando, and Tampa communities as a driver, dispatcher, operations manager, and terminal manager before leaving the company for another opportunity in the spring of 2010.
“Martin and I worked together in Greensboro years ago,” Vice President of Operations Mark Kinsey said. “We are thrilled to have Martin back on the Eagle Team.”
During his time away from Eagle, Lukes gained experience in various management roles from other industry leaders, including Wilco Hess, Florida Rock and Tank Lines, and Speedway.
“I am excited to see that Martin Lukes is coming back home to Eagle,” District Manager Mike Stevens said. “With an impressive 41 years of trucking experience under his belt, Martin's expertise will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to our Greensboro staff. I am looking forward to collaborating with Martin once again and witnessing the ongoing growth and success of our Greensboro terminal.”
With his history serving throughout at all levels of Eagle operations and his continued growth as a manager within our industry, we are excited to welcome Lukes back to his home at Eagle. We look forward to celebrating continued growth in the Greensboro, NC market under his leadership.
