Rob McDonald joined the Eagle team in April of 2016. Rob came from a small gas hauling company in NC and became our Operations Manager. Rob is married to Julia and they have two boys, Gavin and Peyton.
Rob has become a vital part of Jacksonville’s operations staff. He fills in for dispatch whenever needed as well as supervises the other dispatchers. He handles quite a few admin jobs like fuel reports and coaching drivecams.
Rob is also a big part of Jacksonville's safety programs. He deals with safety reporting as well as implementation of safety programs in Jacksonville. Recently, Rob was a big part of the driver hiring and retention round table - giving ideas and examples from Jacksonville on the subject. It is hard to imagine Jacksonville now without Rob.
