Rob Kamsch Recognized as Eagle's first WOW Award Winner of 2022

Congratulations to Rob Kamsch of Greensboro, our Q1 WOW (What Outstanding Work) Award Winner! Rob represents Eagle extremely well by exhibiting excellence within Eagle's SOAR program.

Rob's WOW nominator shared:

“I would like to nominate Rob Kamsch for this award. Rob has gone above and beyond in helping Eagle maintain and grow solid customer relationships and service. Rob's demonstrated excellence in driving and training prompted a customer to reach out to him with a proposal to handle their chemical transportation needs in Houston.

Rob stepped up to this challenge, left his family in Greensboro, and settled in Houston. Rob was a one-man show. Everything from customer relations, management, driving, training, recruiting, and sales. While in Houston, he grew the driving force to six drivers and made a very solid customer happy daily.

Rob has been instrumental in the transition and continued growth of the Houston facility over the past couple of months as I onboarded. Rob's actions have demonstrated his commitment to this company and screams WOW in every way.”
