With our continued expansion and growth in the Southeast, we are looking for key team members to join Eagle in this region.

Major Responsibilities:

• Review of Drivers Reports to input loading and delivery information into Eagle’s proprietary AS400 Revenue Accounting System (“green screen”).

• Accurate entry of all special/unique occurrences and load completion to prepare load for correct billing.

• Summary overview of edit reports for all loads generated to ensure billing accuracy.

• Scanning of Drivers Report, Bill of Lading, or special charge sheet (required documents) to invoice the customer.

• Handle customer questions (both internal and external) via phone, fax, or e-mail. Timely response to customer inquiries is critical.

 

Job Requirements:

• High School degree (or GED).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent computer keyboard and keypad skills.

• Attention to detail is a must.
