Entry-level positions, such as Dispatch, require a track record of
management skills and experience, excellent communication and people
skills, and a strong work ethic. We are heavily computerized, and
attention to detail is also very important.
Mid-management positions, such as Operations Manager, require all the
skills possessed as Dispatcher, but should also be adept at dynamic
problem solving, scheduling, interfacing with the Terminal Manager and
upper management.
