On July 11, 2005 Eagle Transport Corporation completed the purchase of the rolling stock assets of Angus I. Hines, Inc. which were domiciled in Wytheville, VA.   The purchase included six transports and drivers as well as office facilities in Wytheville.  This purchase will provide a satellite terminal under the day to day management of our Roanoke, VA terminal and will greatly expand the traffic lane coverage of our existing Greensboro, NC and Roanoke terminals.
